By downloading or using SEOWing, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SEOWing is a mobile SEO analysis application that helps website owners analyze and improve their search engine optimization.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have authorization to analyze any website you crawl
• You must not use SEOWing to perform unauthorized access to websites
• You must not use the service for any illegal purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys

4. Website Crawling

• SEOWing crawls websites at a responsible rate
• The crawler respects robots.txt directives
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to crawl target websites

5. Data Accuracy

• SEO analysis results are estimates and should be used as guidance only
• Keyword data (search volume, difficulty) is provided for informational purposes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data or recommendations
• SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control

6. Intellectual Property

• SEOWing and its content are protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reports generated by SEOWing are yours to use and share

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions)
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Prices may vary by region

8. Subscription Plans

• SEOWing Free: Basic features, limited usage
• SEOWing Pro: $9.99/month or $79.99/year
• SEOWing Agency: $29.99/month or $199.99/year

9. Limitation of Liability

• SEOWing is provided "as is" without warranty
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• We are not responsible for SEO rankings, traffic changes, or business outcomes
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Termination

• You can stop using SEOWing at any time by deleting the app
• We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
